Dear Export Sales Manager,

I found your website online. We are a US company with a purchasing office in Shanghai. I manage our office in China and am responsible for all purchases out of Asia. We sell into the US market.

I would like to see if you can quote our dining chairs which we import for the US market. The chairs are rubber wood chairs with an NC finish. I have attached the following details:

1. “Chair program.xls” is showing the different styles of chairs we’re currently purchasing. We purchase about 7000pcs chairs per month, at least 4 containers.

2. “7-slat chair info-10.13.2009.xls” outlines on of the styles that we would like your to first quote (RCH-171 AMOC-ST /Cocoa 7 slat, Muslin seat). This sheet also outlines some quality requirements and packing info which I can clarify to you later if we make it past initial quotes.

3. “Size Drawing.zip” contains the drawings needed to quote our one style.

4. “QC manual1(Vietnam Language).doc” is an overview of quality requirements translated into Vietnamese. Please look over it.

Please quote our one style of chair and we’ll decide whether or not to proceed with the other styles.
