Are you an experienced and self-motivated Sales Executive looking for a new role?
Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Sales Executive to work with one of their largest and most successful Automotive Dealerships based in Peterborough.
My client is a large and very successful Motorcycle dealership in Cambridgeshire, they have an outstanding reputation for selling a range of new and used Motorcycles. You will be working as part of a dedicated sales team where this position offers progression to grow within a forward-thinking company, therefore the ideal candidate will have the desire to succeed and wish for further development.
Principle Responsibilities for the Sales Executive:
- Meeting and Greeting customers
- Handling customer enquiries and queries
- Dealing with customers throughout the buying experience
- Following up Pre / Post sale enquiries
- Recording all actions taken
- Presenting motorcycles to a very high standard for sale
- Have strong product knowledge and speak confidently and effectively to customers about products
Person specification:
- Proven extensive sales experience
- Sales in the Automotive Trade or in a Motorcycle Business desired but no essential
- Interest in Motorcycles would be useful
- Target driven and ability to hit KPI’s
- Good communication and inter personnel skills
- Team player
- To be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment
- Must have excellent decision-making skills and the ability to be able to deal with difficult situations head on
- Resilience
- Excellent customer service skills
This is a full-time permanent Sales Executive position, working 5 days a week based on a 7 day rolling rota, offering an annual salary of £12,000 – £18,000 + commission
