  • The wood processing industries in Binh Dinh Province have awareness and lead in implementation of forest protection policies in order to toward objectives of sustainable development following standards and requirements of FSC / PEFC organizations. The timber enterprises all have used legal wood sources which were exploited from sustainable managed forests having FSC, PEFC certifications, to meet the requirements of the global markets’ forest protection as FLEGT VPA, Lacey, Japanese Clean Wood Act, Australia Illegal Logging Prohibition Act 2012, South Korea revised the Act on the Sustainable Use of Timbers
  • Using legal labor according to Vietnam’s Labor Law, not using children labor and forced labor.
